About Columbia College Bowling Program

Women’s Varsity • Women’s JV

The Cougar Bowling Program is fairly new but has seen it’s fair share of success already. In 2020, the team qualified for the Sectional Tournament in Dallas for the first time in program history. Not only has the team showed success by qualifying for the postseason but they have also competed for tournament wins already in year 6. Finishing 3rd place in four different tournaments in the last 3 years have been the highest accomplishment.

Columbia competes all over the Midwest with tournaments in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and Indiana as a bulk of the schedule. As the numbers allow and the team continues to grow the program will reach further and further beyond the Midwest.

Columbia is a sponsored team as we are a Brunswick/Ebonite Company sponsored team with discounted prices on all equipment. We practice at AMF Town and Country Lanes in Columbia. For us, we are allowed to practice on sport shots everyday that we have practice and utilize that as a plus as part of our great relationship with the lanes.
